I have updated my website to show what my practice will look like going forward. The days of Relaxation/Swedish massage where clients need to undress will no longer be offered. Instead, my practice will focus on muscular therapy and the mind body connection where we will focus on the issue(s) of the day. There will be no need to undress. Wear or bring comfy loose clothing.  Don’t worry, you will still have less pain and stress and feel balanced after your session. Our method of getting there will be just a little different.
