If you're looking to relax and rejuvenate your body, let me help! My specialties include therapeutic massage in a professional, nurturing, and supportive environment where I can help my clients achieve rejuvenation, relaxation, balance and body awareness. I specialize in therapeutic massage using techniques like Touch for Health, a holistic approach to full body massage that uses acupressure, massage, and touch for the purposes of reducing physical and mental pain, improving postural balance and alleviating tension.

I also specialize in therapeutic massage for pain management for clients who have fibromyalgia, arthritis or others with similar issues. In addition I also offer a Therapeutic Relaxation Massage for those who just need some pampering and just need a break. I love using hot stones in my work and there is no extra charge for this service.

Also, I offer chair massages for those who are short on time or prefer not to remove clothing. A chair massage is also a good way just to check out my services to see if my approach to massage therapy is a good fit for your needs.

For runners or for those whose jobs require standing on their feet all day or for anyone who does not want a full body massage, but needs the benefits of one, I provide a Sole Delight Hot Stone Foot Massage.
