My logo represents the true essence of my bodywork. My logos have always been designed by an artist who has personally experienced my work. My only request is that the logo include the images of a hand and a heart and I let the artist happily create from there. I asked Nicki Forde-Ficocell of “Drawing On My Heart” to create my newest logo version and to share her thought process. I am forever grateful for Nicki’s description of how, as an artist, she captured the true essence of my bodywork.

“Each idea features the heart in hand theme of sharing openly and from the heart, which represents you perfectly. I updated the color palette to include a turquoise and a warm gray with your red because of the balance of cool and warm colors. It's a happy, vibrant combination that, to me, feels a little artsy, a little native American, a little bohemian, but also feels modern and confident. Your techniques involved with body work are more of an artform because you pull from a varied skill set to address the needs of the particular body in front of you. Turquoise gives a native feel, and to me that also gives a nod to ancient techniques, and gives it a tribal feel. Who doesn't want to belong to the Tracey L. Samples tribe? Exactly. The warm gray color is a nice balance between the red and the blue. My goal for the logo is to express your goals of balance, inclusivity and holistic healing. I brainstormed on words that I feel describe you and I came up with thoughtful, kind, nonjudgmental, careful with words, deliberate, authentic, confident, body artist.”
